Ambar Hehn, M.Sc., BCBA, R.B.A.(ONT)

Behaviour Therapist

She is deeply committed to advancing the mental health and well-being of children and their families through the science of behaviour, with a particular focus on supporting family systems. Ambar provides behaviour analytic services for parents, caregivers, children, and adolescents, along with supervised counselling services for adolescents, young adults, and adults. Her approach is evidence-based and grounded in science, with core competencies in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and she is also a certified Circle of Security facilitator.

Ambar’s natural warmth, enthusiasm, and approachability resonate with both parents and children. She collaborates effectively with school teams and other professionals, working to create meaningful behavioural change and promote stronger mental health outcomes for her clients.

Education: Master of Science in Psychology, specialization in Behaviour Analysis, Registered Behaviour Analyst licensed with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario
